My journey into the body started at 23 with yoga and the revelation that the body is the subconscious mind. The literal place where our patterns, our beliefs, our blocks live.

As a solo mom raising two teenagers, I used these somatic principles to build a beautiful life for myself and my kids. I moved from homelessness to a multi-six-figure practice. I proved this methodology works in my own body and my own bank account.

6-Month Certification

A complete, standalone certification to practice somatic coaching with individual clients.
LEVEL 2: ADVANCED MASTERY & SACRED LEADERSHIP
6-Month Advanced Certification (Requires Level 1 completion)
Master virtual facilitation, group leadership, money healing, and building a thriving feminine-led practice that generates sustainable wealth.
