CIRCLE ONE
I. The Body as Home
She cannot do any of this from outside herself. This is the foundation. Safety within. Inhabiting herself fully. Ending the exile from her own body. Everything else lives on top of this.
CIRCLE TWO
II. The Mud
The descent. The shadows, the triggers, the shoulds and supposed-tos, the shame and the guilt, the parts of herself she has been managing and hiding. She has to go in before she can come out.
CIRCLE THREE
III. The Alchemy
The bridge between mud and magic. What does she do with what she found down there? This is where she turns her wounds into wisdom. Where she starts to recognize herself again.

IV. Recovering Creativity
Her voice, her expression, her channel reopening. Creativity not as output but as gestation. She is not a machine that produces. She is a woman who receives and births. This is where her original self comes back.

V. The Wild One
The instinctual feminine. What got domesticated. What still runs in her if she gets quiet enough to hear it. The woman underneath the woman. She has been there the whole time.

Possibility. The quantum. The unseen. Feminine power as presence and magnetism, not force. She can only land here because she did the first five. This is where she opens to what she is truly capable of.
